You can access your digital Rewards Card via a QR code or link at participating partners (e.g., restaurants, cafés, salons, shops). After scanning, your card is activated automatically.
At each purchase or visit, simply show your digital Rewards Card on your smartphone. Staff will scan the QR code and points will be credited to your account.
Once you have enough points, open the desired reward on your card and tap “Redeem reward”. A QR code will be generated for staff to scan, and the reward will be redeemed immediately.
To redeem a reward, your card must never be completely empty. That’s why we grant a bonus point on your first collection—so your card always remains active.
No. Staff can only see the name you chose and your member code. Your email address and other personal data are not visible to them.
Businesses can see your name, your email address, and whether you consented to receive special offers. Other personal information is not visible to them.
Yes. You can have your Rewards Card deleted or deactivated at any time via customer support. Just email contact@service-qr.com.
